A series of SaaS product explain animations for Avada's Shopify app ecosystem, turning product value, interface flows and technical features into clear visual stories.
01 — Joy Loyalty
An 82-second product explain animation that reframes customer retention as a visual product story. The narrative moves from high acquisition cost and lost customers to the complete Joy ecosystem: loyalty widgets, checkout redemption, membership tiers, wallet passes and integrations.
02 — Avada PDF Invoice
A 75-second product explain animation that makes invoice automation and e-invoicing compliance easy to understand. Maps, document systems, product UI and proof points are choreographed into a simple progression: pressure → product → capability → trust.
Storyboard → Animation
Each animation starts with a timestamped storyboard that defines the narrative, UI hierarchy, scene composition and transition intent. Production is completed entirely with Claude and the Remotion framework: Claude develops the React compositions, animation logic, timing and reusable scene components; Remotion renders them into final 16:9 videos. I direct the story, visual language, pacing and refinement from storyboard to final output.
